DELIVERY & SHIPPING POLICY

We pack product in 5 ply brown cardboard box / high strength un-tear able poly bag. We offer gift pack which has been confirmed during confirmation of the order. This is made available at a nominal charge.

 If you believe that the products is not in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and call our customer care or email us at customercare@ezzybazaar.com, mentioning your order reference number. We shall make our best efforts to ensure that a replacement delivery is made to you at the earliest.

We stick Invoice on packing Orput it inside the packet. In case of COD we stick COD amount with customer’s address for delivery. We do not permit to open the box /packing at the time of delivery. 

Our courier partner deliver goods within 2-7 business days depending on areas, however, if the orders are received from remote areas like North Eastern States, J&K etc., the delivery may take some more time due to lack of accessibility, poor weather conditions and security reasons.

In case of cities dealing with law and order situations, delivery of courier might get temporarily affected.

Delivery Attempts

The delivery personnel will make two attempts to deliver the product.  In case, even after making two attempts the product remains undelivered due to reasons like,  the lock at the customer’s location,  customer refusing to accept the products etc, the shipment will be return to the origin.

Shipping Charges

There are some products on which shipping fee is chargeable; simultaneously, there are certain products on which the shipping is free.  This information will be available before proceeding to check out.

Tracking

 We shall be sending the tracking URL of the courier so that you can track the delivery yourself also.
